abriction

abriction is a blackgaze / shoegaze solo project from The Bronx, New York, formed in 2020 by American vocalist, composer, and producer Meredith Salvatori (born February 25, 2003). The project is known for fusing ambient, post-rock, and experimental lo-fi production with emotive, harsh vocal textures and atmospheric depth. abriction’s debut full-length, Interstates (2023), established a foundation of textural post-rock and introspective songwriting.
