Hailu Mergia

Hailu Mergia is an Ethiopian keyboardist, accordionist, composer, and arranger based in Washington, D.C., United States. He is best known for his work with the Walias Band during the 1970s, a group regarded as one of the most influential in Ethiopia’s musical golden age.
